Refund Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction, but due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.
Eligible Refunds:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical issues preventing service activation
- Service not delivered as promised
Non-Refundable:
- Membership fees after successful activation
- Add-on services (Boosters, Highlight, Match) once activated
Process:
- Refund requests must be emailed to billing@christianconnections.in within 7 days of payment
- Approved refunds processed within 10 working days
