• Technical issues preventing service activation
• Service not delivered as promised

Non-Refundable Services

• Membership fees after successful activation
• Add-on services (Boosters, Highlight, Match) once activated

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be emailed to billing@christianconnections.in within 7 days of payment
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days
